In Austria, the master sheet is managed centrally on the ÖGV intranet (GOLF.AT). Members and competition data can be transferred directly to GOLF.AT via the interface, and the current master specifications of the golfers can be queried.

EDS rounds are handled directly in the GOLF.AT admin. There is nothing to do here in PC CADDIE.

PE players can be further differentiated:
Only when the player has completed basic skills and tests is the ÖGV handing it over to PR, or STV -54 to PC CADDIE (player query). In addition, the tournament organizing club must be the golfer's training club (regardless of whether the player is a member somewhere or not).
If these criteria are not met, the player will continue to be considered with -59 (= PE) and CANNOT play in the tournament.

A competition must have at least 3 players according to ÖGV. So you can have 3 PR players compete in a competition. If there are only 1 or 2 PR players, the results must be entered directly on golf.at.

In the transition phase to the WHS (World Handicap System from 2021), the ÖGV decided that all tournaments and EDS rounds that are effective will be evaluated WITHOUT a possible HCP deterioration in 2020 - i.e. „Reduction Only“.

Load the current handicaps of your members via Handicaps/Synchronize all member handicaps with GOLF.AT.

With the introduction of the WHS (World Handicap System), the function „Load all master sheets from GOLF-AT“ is no longer available. According to the ÖGV, this is no longer possible with the changeover to the WHS.

Click on Settings/Load club data from GOLF.AT in PC CADDIE, to download all the clubs (without course data) from GOLF.AT. The clubs are then available to you at the home clubs and you can use them for visiting players. If there are two clubs to download from GOLF.AT, please always select the club with the national flag if it is available.

After loading the course data, please check it data meticulously. Manually change any errors you discover errors. Please also inform the ÖGV of the corrections, so that the association can update the data accordingly.

The ÖGV is planning to do this with the ÖGV app in the course of the 2021 season. It is planned that PC CADDIE will then receive the hole results from the ÖGV. This saves you having to type in the hole results in the competitions. The documentation will be expanded in due course.

• With the introduction of the WHS it will no longer be possible to display the new handicap of the players on the result lists of the competition.
  
• The new handicaps can only be calculated on the ÖGV server. This can take 15 minutes to several hours according to the ÖGV!
  
• As before, the Stableford points are displayed on the results lists with the WHS, as well as the “Adjusted Gross Score” and possibly also the “Score Differential” (since no PC CADDIE calculation is provided in Austria).

* 9 holes stroke game
* Stroke play with highest score - the settings are similar with the “finished game forms” for Austria.
* Private rounds may also be handled as a single competition if you want to handle several private rounds in one go.
