The Dane Jakob Buksted, together with the national golf association, developed a comprehensive tool for surveying members and green fee players, resp. a player satisfaction questionnaire system. On the PC CADDIE side, we provide an interface that transmits the e-mail address and the basic data of the players (name, first name, club) to the organization in Denmark, which in turn contacts the player in order to include them into the survey. The prerequisite for this, however, is that the players' email addresses are stored.

What is important to note here is that the information is only transmitted to Player 1st if a green fee is also printed. If only something is sold (e.g. from the shop), no survey is transmitted. But this could still be changed.

If the interface is activated for the first time, the login data are entered with the help of a macro. Please contact PC CADDIE support for this.

1. Check the box so that Players 1st is activated
2. You will receive the login and password from Players 1st
3. If you check this box, each guest will be asked (at the time of buying the green fee) whether their data should be transmitted. (Data protection)

When printing the green fee, the surname, first name and email address will be sent to Players First. The following window appears if the 3rd checkmark is set:

If the check mark „Save changes to email address“ is set, PC CADDIE will save the email address for this person in the data record.

The guest will then promptly receive an email from Players First with the survey. The results can be seen in the dashboard when 5 guests or more have completed the survey.

The list of members is uploaded to Players First using an Excel list and then the survey is sent by email. There are different groups of members: newcomers -, all members, resignations -.

The club decides how often its members receive a Players 1st questionnaire. Once the questionnaires have been filled out for the first time, the evaluation can be viewed using the graphic.

The DGV will also support Players 1st from 2019 by means of campaigns in the clubs, and we will also provide the direct interface for our German clubs.
